Translation Utility? and some Katakana

It seems that the links in the previous post have broken. So does the translation utility.
Though it would be me overlooked some announcement about it, how should I do to submit proposals anyway?

And a request for minor problems.
I hope some Katakana in the blue bar and "Edit Journal Entries" page would be fixed.

検索 - " ランドム " -> " ランダム "

.In the Edit Journal page;
エベント -> イベント
デイファルト(picture to use) -> デフォルト
